Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 17, 2025
This policy explains what information LevUp Works collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. LevUp Works is a small, owner-operated workflow automation studio. The goal is to collect as little personal data as possible while still being able to run the business, communicate with you, and operate workflow automation projects and experiments such as Missed-call → Text → Booking.
Who this applies to
LevUp Works works with three main groups:
- Website visitors: people who browse this site or read about experiments and services.
- Clients and prospects: businesses that contact LevUp Works about workflow automation projects, experiments, or consulting.
- End users and callers: people who interact with systems built or operated by LevUp Works on behalf of a client (for example, callers whose missed calls trigger a text and booking link).
In many cases, the client is responsible for their relationship with end users and callers. LevUp Works processes information about those people on the client's behalf.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide and some technical details that come with using any website, SMS-based workflow, or automation system.
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number, and anything you include when you email, text, or book a call.
- Business information: details you share about your company, workflows, tools, processes, and metrics when we work together or discuss a project.
- Booking information: dates and times for calls, your time zone, and any notes you add when booking, confirming, or rescheduling.
- Workflow and call information (for clients): depending on the setup, this can include call metadata (such as caller ID, call time, and duration), text conversations related to missed calls or follow-up, and workflow events such as when a quote is sent or a job is booked.
- Technical information: standard server logs, IP address, and basic device / browser information used to keep the site and services secure and functioning.
How we use information
- To provide services: set up and operate workflow automations and experiments, respond to inquiries, and deliver consulting work.
- To communicate: send emails or SMS messages related to calls, bookings, audits, support, and important updates about your workflows.
- To improve workflows: review aggregated patterns such as response rates, booking rates, or error rates so future experiments and automations can be designed more effectively.
- To meet legal and safety obligations: keep records required by law and protect the site and services from misuse, abuse, or security issues.
Role for client data
When LevUp Works connects to your tools (for example, call providers, CRMs, or calendars) to build a workflow automation:
- You (the client) generally remain the “controller” of your customer and caller data.
- LevUp Works acts as a “processor” of that data, using it only to provide the automation or services you've asked for and following your instructions where applicable.
- You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use your customers' information and for the privacy notices you provide to them.
Texts and SMS
Some workflow automations and booking flows use SMS. By checking a consent box on a form, by working with LevUp Works as a client, by texting us first, or by opting in via a client's system, you agree to receive transactional text messages related to your calls, appointments, or workflow activity.
- Purpose: let you or your callers know about missed calls, send booking links, confirm or remind you about appointments, or share information directly tied to a specific workflow or experiment.
- Frequency: typically one missed-call message and a small number of follow-up or reminder messages around an appointment, depending on how the workflow is configured.
- No cold outreach: the SMS program is intended for transactional and relationship messages, not cold outreach or bulk promotional campaigns.
- Opt-out: you or your callers can reply STOP at any time to opt out of further texts for that workflow.
- Help: you or your callers can reply HELP for help or email [email protected].
- Rates: standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
Cookies and analytics
The site and booking pages may use lightweight analytics and your browser's normal cookies or local storage to understand basic traffic patterns and keep the site secure (for example, to prevent abuse or spam). Any analytics used are intended to work with aggregated or de-identified information where possible and are not used to build advertising profiles or sell your data.
Sharing information
LevUp Works does not sell your personal information.
Information may be shared with:
- Service providers: vendors that help operate the site and workflows, such as hosting providers, email services, SMS gateways, and automation tools.
- Clients (for end-user data): if you're a caller or user of a client, relevant details may be shared back with that client so they can provide their services.
- Legal or safety reasons: if required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers: if LevUp Works is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that process.
Retention
Information is kept for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, and run reasonable business records. For workflow and SMS data operated on behalf of a client, retention is often tied to that client's configuration and instructions.
Security
Reasonable measures are used to protect information, including using reputable infrastructure providers and limiting access to data to what's needed to perform work. No online system can be guaranteed 100% secure, so it's important that you also protect your own accounts, tools, and devices.
International transfers
Depending on where you are located and which tools are used, your information may be processed in countries other than your own. When this happens, we aim to work with providers that offer appropriate protections for personal data.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights such as accessing, correcting, or deleting your personal data, or objecting to certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, or to ask questions about this policy, email [email protected].
For SMS, you can always reply STOP to opt out of further texts for a given workflow.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you continue to use the site or services after changes take effect, you accept the updated policy.
